Video Edit
I'm not sure if this is a FUNimation edit or a BONES edit, but Lujon's shirt has been changed to a different color as we see him embracing Lust in the flash back at the begining of the episode. The Japanese TV version of the episode showed him wearing a pink shirt. However, the Cartoon Network airing shows him with a dark colored shirt. I guess the edit makes more sense since he never held Lust while wearing the pink shirt. I'll try to confirm this later.
Update: Thanks to a visitor of the site, I've got confirmation that the edit was made by BONES and not FUNimation. Screenshots available here.
Animation Slipup
Thanks to xlg47 for pointing out this hilarious error. After Ed knocks out one of the guys drooling over Lydia, a "floating mouth" is seen to the side of one of the guys who was surrounding Lydia. The mouth is even animated and moves onto that guy's face as the scene zooms out. Apparently, BONES screwed up the animation cell and ended up making the mouth fitting onto the guy's face as the scene zoomed out.

Video Edit
Typical commercial break return logo edit. The return from the break originally had the logo on the bottom left. Not the same in the English dub.
Dialogue Addition
Right before Lust impales Lujon, the flash back of a body with a hole in it has absolutely no dialogue in the original. The English dub adds in dialogue such as "No! Don't leave me!"
Thoughts
All in all, this episode was great. Sure, it's filler and this begins to slip away from the manga storyline, but it's an intense and creepy episode. Plus it involves some form of character development for Lust, who didn't get as much in the manga. Dub-wise, this was incredible. FUNimation keeps adding MORE actors who aren't a normal part of their group. Good thing, too. Back in the old Dragon Ball Z dub days, their voice actors only consisted of around only 10 people. Probably less.
