Opening Change
So let's see, you'd figure since this is a DVD, we'd get the right opening and full ending. Right? Wrong. The FMA2 DVD version of this episode and episode 27 both start off with Ready Steady Go as the opening like any episode on the [adult swim] airings. Why? The DVDs use the correct openings, so why not this one? Apparently they simply gave use what they'll be airing on [adult swim] once the next season premieres.

Title Change
This is a weird change here. The DVD menu and the back of the game cover list the episode as "One is All, All is One" yet the title of the episode is call "All is One, One is All." The problem here is that through the entire episode, everyone says it the correct way which is "One is All, All is One."

Dialogue Change
Al was originally telling Ed about how he saw a scar on the young boy's arm in the Next Episode preview. In the dub, Ed is the one giving the preview instead and is rather asking who the boy is and how he saw a scar.

Ending Shortened
Motherland is shortened like any [adult swim] airing of an FMA episode (or most anime on [as] to begin with). Pretty much the entire begining is cut out.

Thoughts
Aside from the changes in opening, title, and ending, this episode's left untouched as well as the previous episode.
