Side Note
Woah, wait..Greed mentioned the place Hell? So..it's okay when a really bad guy mentions it? Yet they have to dance around the topic when a cross-dressing butcher in armor and Ed make mention of the place? Make up your mind, FUNimation.
Addition and Change
When the commercial break ws nearing, FUNimation added the "Fullmetal Alchemist" logo a little too early. It was supposed to appear as Edward was nearing the door to the next room, not as he was getting up. After the return of the break, the logo is in the upper lefthand corner. The original's appeared on the bottom right hand corner.
Thoughts
Yes, I went as far as to point out logo changes. Why? Because I need SOMETHING to write about. This episode's 100% uncut and unedited. Blood in extreme amounts was actually shown (apparently as long as we don't see it flying from a person's face, then it's okay), Scar's brother's bare ass was shown (and no, no genitalia were censored..we didn't see any in the original). Greed made his enterance and I loved his voice. Suited him quite well.
The script was pretty much dead on. Another perfectly translated episode. Oh yes, and kudos to FUNimation for having Tucker whisper when he talks considering that's what he did in the original.
