Here we have a clear explanation of what occured in Ishbal and why Scar is going after State Alchemist. Plus we find out what exactly happend to Winry's parents.
Quite the detailed episode. Dub-wise, just about perfect. Nothing really to report on.
Added Dialogue
The bit where the Fuhrer is speaking to Roy, there is absolutely no dialogue in the original. For some reason, FUNimation added in dialogue for the Fuhrer and Roy.
Change
Something REALLY minor because I'm so damn picky. Before the commercial break, the "Fullmetal Alchemist" logo was on the left side of the screen in the Japanese version. It was on the right in the English dub.

Final Thoughts
We got to hear Kimbley's and the secretary's voices. I like how Kimbley's is, but not the secretary's for several reasons later on. Her voice should have sounded soft, rather than close to sounding like Hawkeye. Oh well, other than that, the dub was perfectly dead accurate to the original. Despite the amount of blood in the episode, nothing was censored.
