Thoughts
The first (and only) two parter of the series. Here we derail from the manga story abit and go onto having a somewhat of a filler story. The series gives us
a better look on one of the methods being used to make the Philosopher's Stone. Not to mention, the negative effects it has. Dubwise, this episode was excellently
done.
Name Change
Apparently, Vercio's name was changed to Belsio.
Name Change
For some reason, Magwar's name was changed to Mugear. o_O; No idea why.
Side Note
Fletcher's final speach to his brother in the episode was..not handled as greatly in the dub. He was supposed to be on the verge of crying and pleading with
his brother to reason with him. Just didn't sound believable in the dub.
Final Thoughts
Loved the dub of this episode. Despite name changes, the voices were great. Ed actually sounded good in this episode and I'm glad they had Vic sound like
he really did have a lump on his cheek, unlike Havoc who doesn't sound like he has a ciggy in his mouth most of the time he speaks.
