Thoughts
Here's the last episode involving a past look at Ed and Al's ventures before hitting the big road. Not only that, but this is the first look we get at corruption
occuring behind the military's back. We're introduced to Lt. Yoki and Lyra (who becomes an important character later on). This was a rather nice episode
to see the views of those who hated the military and State Alchemists. Plus I can never keep myself from chuckling over Ed making an ass out of Yoki.
Dub-wise, I was rather suprised. I had nearly nothing to report on. :P This episode was suprisingly dubbed VERY well despite one tiny problem.
Name Problems
At first I was expecting Yoki's and the Youswell Coal Mines' names to be mispronounced. Both were pronounced exactly as the should be. Unfortunately,
Lyra got hit hard. Rather than pronouncing her name as Lie-Ruh, it's pronounced as Lee-Ruh in the dub. Plus we also have the general name change of
Hakuro to Haruko. Picky yes, but hey, I needed to report SOMETHING.
Final Thoughts
The dub was pretty much flawless this time around. Hopefully it stays this way rather than every other episode being bad then good.
